1.Phosphorus penalty

3.SiO2 penalty
At the rate of US$0.05 per DMT for each 1.0 percent SiO2 in excess of 4.5%
4.Al2O3 Penalty
At the rate of US$0.05 per DMT for each 1.0 percent Al2O3 in excess of 1.5%
四(si)、標的計價方式
Platts 65% Fe IODEX CFR North China + (Actual Fe Content-65%)*100*VIU + USD XX/DMT (基于指數(shu)溢價投標(biao))
1] Platts Fe 65% CFR North China Middle Point corresponds to the average price on the Settlement Period as published by Platts for Iron Ore 65% Fe, in US$/DMT
2] Settlement Period (SP) corresponds to the relevant period over which the Platts IODEX Index, VIU will be applied. SP for the IODEX Index and VIU will be the month the after the month BL date located in US$/DMT.
3] VIU corresponds to the average premium (Value in Use) for each 1% Fe content on the Settlement Period, as published by Platts {detailed as: per 1% Fe differential (range 60-63.5% Fe), in US$/DMT}.
Price Term: CFR QINGDAO PORT, CHINA
If the final discharge port is other than Qingdao or discharge at two ports, the freight differential shall be as per the ship owner's calculation base on the same TCE of the base route on open book basis and for the Buyer's final confirmation & Buyer’s account.
五、貨款支付條(tiao)件
在簽訂(ding)商務合同后5個工作日之(zhi)內，買(mai)方應通過一(yi)家賣(mai)方認可的一(yi)流銀行開具金額為貨物CFR價值100%的不可(ke)撤銷即期信(xin)用證，其中信(xin)用證交(jiao)單期以(yi)雙方確認為準(zhun)。
六、其(qi)他注意(yi)事項(xiang)
在(zai)中標(biao)公告發布之后，中標(biao)方須在(zai)中標(biao)公告日期(qi)后3工作日(ri)之內(nei)同招(zhao)標方(fang)簽訂正式商(shang)務合同，具體合同版本由招(zhao)標方(fang)和投標方(fang)商(shang)議確定。
七、投(tou)標時間
結標時間：2018年10月23日 上午11：30點
八、投標要求
1、投標(biao)方(fang)須(xu)按照(zhao)附件一(yi)《投標(biao)報(bao)價單》表(biao)格(ge)，詳(xiang)細填寫；
2、投(tou)標(biao)方若未與招標(biao)方有過直(zhi)接貿易，請(qing)附上公司簡介及其(qi)證書。
九(jiu)、評標標準
本(ben)次招(zhao)標不(bu)設標底，價高者中標，若招(zhao)標價格(ge)不(bu)及預(yu)期，招(zhao)標方有(you)權利選擇放棄通過此次招(zhao)標銷(xiao)售，中標標的質量須符合國(guo)家標準。
