Dear Members,
Regulations on Iron Ore Spot Trading of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center (Trial Implementation) and relevant regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Trading Regulations”, details of which are available in List of Iron Ore Spot Trading Regulation Document of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center) have been promulgated. Members may peruse the Trading Regulations on the website (fs-net.cn) of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center (hereinafter referred to as “COREX”). Trading Regulations take effective from March 1st, 2015.
Members and their employees conducting iron ore spot trading in COREX shall comply with the relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules and the Trading Regulations. The Trading Regulations have Chinese and English versions, and both two versions are equally authentic. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
All the intellectual rights related to the Trading Regulations belong to COREX and, without the written authorization of COREX, any entity or person shall not copy, reprint, distribute or in any way commercially utilize the Trading Regulations.

《北(bei)京鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)中心鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石現貨交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)規(gui)則(ze)（試行）》及相關(guan)規(gui)定（統稱《交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)規(gui)則(ze)》，具(ju)體文件詳見“北(bei)京鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)中心鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石現貨交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)規(gui)則(ze)清單”）正式發布(bu)，會員可登陸北(bei)京鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)中心（簡稱“北(bei)鐵(tie)中心”）網站（fs-net.cn）查閱(yue)。《交(jiao)易(yi)(yi)規(gui)則(ze)》于2015年3月1日生(sheng)效。
會員(yuan)及其從業(ye)人員(yuan)在北鐵(tie)中心進行(xing)鐵(tie)礦石現貨交(jiao)易，必(bi)須(xu)遵守中國有關(guan)法(fa)律(lv)、法(fa)規、規章(zhang)和(he)《交(jiao)易規則(ze)》。《交(jiao)易規則(ze)》提供中文(wen)和(he)英文(wen)版本(ben)，兩種(zhong)語言具(ju)有同(tong)等效力。如果兩種(zhong)語言文(wen)本(ben)之間(jian)存在不一致，應以中文(wen)文(wen)本(ben)為準。
《交(jiao)易規則》相關的一切知(zhi)識(shi)產權歸北(bei)(bei)鐵(tie)中心所(suo)有(you)，任何法人、其他組織或個人未經北(bei)(bei)鐵(tie)中心書面(mian)授權，不(bu)得復制、轉載、傳播或為商業(ye)用途(tu)以任何方式(shi)使(shi)用《交(jiao)易規則》。
